Billing & Auto-Renewal
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annual as shown at checkout) and auto-renew until canceled.
Free Trials / Intro Offers
If provided, you’ll be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from [account → subscriptions] or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Payment Failures
We may suspend access until payment is successful. We may attempt to re-charge the payment method.
Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
